BC Hydro Energy Conservation Assistance Program

BC Hydro Power Smart has launched a special initiative benefiting low income families in BC. Qualified applicants will receive a free home energy evaluation, and any necessary upgrades will be provided and installed at no charge. Quality Home is pleased to be approved as evaluators and installers for the ECAP program, and will be servicing the Lower Mainland area.
